 
Dr. Steven Deem received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1980, from the University of Missouri Dental School, in Kansas City. Dr. Deem established and maintained a private practice in Claremore, Oklahoma for 24 years, prior to joining Berkshire Dental Group. A passion for dentistry has lead Dr. Deem to vigorously pursue advanced dental education. Special emphasis has been given to obtaining additional training in Orthodontics, TMJ Therapy, Conscious Sedation, Lumineers, and Invisalign. He has served as the President of the Rogers County Dental Association from 1986 - 2005; and, he has served on the Board of Trustees for the Oklahoma Dental Association. His current professional memberships include: The American Dental Association; the Oklahoma Dental Association; the Academy of General Dentistry; the American Orthodontic Society; the International Association for Orthodontics; and was the past president of Northern District of the Oklahoma Dental Association. Dr. Deem has been honored by his community by being elected City Councilman for the City of Claremore, and by being elected to the Board of Directors of the Claremore Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves as a board member of Dr. Ron Lamb's World Dental Relief Missions - headquartered in Broken Arrow. Dr. Deem and his wife, Trenda, have four grown children and two grandchildren. For recreation, Dr. Deem enjoys snow skiing, golf, wake boarding, Tai Chi, biking and family weekends at the lake. |
